Vegetarian Chessnuts Recipe!

Hi guys! So i know i've been away for 2months almost... Sorry!!! But i got a temporary job! Yeyyy at Primark for Xtmas only... So today i was looking at the fridge and noticed that i had some chessnuts left, and i had to eat them so i decided to make a vegetarian recipe, and my mom became a fan of my recipe actually, so hear it is, it's easy to make but it will take some time to do it, so if you want a really quick lunch or dinner, just make the first part, and don't make the oven one!

So here it is!

Ingredients:

- Chestnuts (how many you think you will need, for 2 people i used arround 20);

- 1 medium Onion;

- garlic;

- 2 carrots;

- 1/2 zucchini;

- 1/2 cabbage;

- 1/2 green onion;

- 1 tomato;

In a pan with water, place the chestnuts to cook for 10min.

In another pan put minced garlic and chopped onion, and let sear.

When its ready put some chopped tomato and mix.

Than insert the carrots, and the other vegetabels in the pan and let it cook for 15 /20min. (See when its ready).

Take care of the chestnuts and put them in the pan too, to absorve the flavour.

When you see that's ready take a oven platter and place the mixture on the bottom. Put a little milk and light cream aboce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, mixed peppers and garlic powder. Place it in oven at 200Co, for 20min.

Serve with salad (i used lettuce with chopped apple). Bon apetit ;D hope u like it <3
